However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and photography.

For handmade, dyed, printed, washed, textured, or naturally varying products, minor variations between individual items may occur and may not necessarily constitute a defect.

Measurements may also have reasonable variations depending on the product and method of measurement.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description, your remedies will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

6. PRICING

Product prices are displayed in INR, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how they are displayed at checkout and applicable legal requirements.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges, where relevant, will be disclosed before or during checkout.

We may change product prices from time to time. A price change will generally not affect an order already accepted by us, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.

Discount codes, promotional prices, offers, and sales may be subject to additional terms and availability.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount in accordance with applicable law.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within India.

Orders are generally processed and/or dispatched within 15 days after successful order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days, depending on the destination, availability of the product, and shipping provider.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on destination, order value, product type, or selected shipping method.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable Indian consumer law.

Customers may request an eligible return within 3 days from the delivery date.

Returned products may need to be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain products may be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Products received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description should be reported to us at gkrise08@gmail.com within 1 day of the delivery date.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15 days after the applicable return/refund requirements have been satisfied.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable and may instead need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
